What is capacitance?

Sentiment:320Published time:2020-01-03

Capacitance is one of the most widely used electronic components in electronic equipment. It is widely used in isolation, coupling, bypass, filtering, tuning circuit, energy conversion, control circuit and so on. The capacitance is expressed as C, and the units of capacitance are farad (F), micro farad (uF), and PI farad (pF), 1F = 10 ^ 6uF = 10 ^ 12pF

The method of model naming of capacitors

The models of domestic capacitors are generally composed of four parts (not applicable to pressure-sensitive, variable and vacuum capacitors). Represent name, material, classification and serial number respectively.

Part 1: name, in letters, capacitor in C.

Part two: materials, represented by letters.

The third part: classification, generally with Numbers, some with letters.

Part four: serial Numbers, expressed by Numbers.

With letters product material: A tantalum electrolysis, B - such as polystyrene nonpolar high frequency ceramic film, C -, D - electrolytic aluminium electrolysis, E - the other materials, G - alloy electrolytic, H - composite medium, I - glass glaze, J - metallized paper, L - polyester and other polar organic film, N - niobium electrolytic, O - glass membrane, Q - film, T - low frequency ceramics, V - mica paper, mica, Z - Y paper.
