For coils with adjustable centers, the magnetic core should be adjusted to the middle position during measurement and debugging. When the inductance varies greatly, the method of series and parallel connection can be used to solve the problem.

The higher the Q value, the better. If the inductance of the two inductors is the same, the smaller scale can be selected according to the definition of Q value (XL/R), or the larger size can be selected according to the same value.

(3) the applied voltage and current shall not exceed the rated value.

(4) for the requirements of the electrical strength of the inductor, need to choose packaging materials resistant to high voltage varieties, usually better resistance to pressure inductor moistureproof performance is better, the use of resin impregnation, packaging, die-casting process can meet the requirements.

(5) inductance lead or pin mainly consider the tension, torque, welding resistance and weldability. When the components are more than six months old, the weldability test should be conducted again to ensure the reliability of welding.
