Inductance coil in use, installation to pay attention to those problems

The electronic components mounting board in any electronic equipment is carefully arranged, comprehensively laid out and reasonably designed by engineers and technicians according to the performance characteristics of various components used. As an installer of coils, note the following problems.

(1) the installation position of the coil shall meet the design requirements

The assembly position of the coil and the relative position of other components should meet the design requirements, otherwise it will affect the normal work of the whole machine. For example, the positions of the high frequency choke coil and the magnetic antenna in a simple transistor radio should be properly arranged. The antenna coil and the oscillating coil should be perpendicular to each other, which avoids the effect of mutual coupling.

(2) check the appearance of the coil before installation

Before use, check whether the coil structure is firm, whether the wire turns loose and loose, whether the lead contact is loose, whether the magnetic core rotation is flexible, whether there is a slip, etc. After these aspects are checked and approved, the installation shall be carried out.

(3) if the coil needs fine-tuning in the process of use, the fine-tuning method should be considered

Some coils in the process of use, need to be fine tuning, depending on the number of changes in the line and very inconvenient, therefore, the selection of the method should be considered fine tuning. For example, single-layer coil can be used to remove the number of trapped coils by the end of the method, that is, in advance on one end of the coil around 3 ~ 4 times, in fine tuning, moving its position can change the amount of inductance. Practice has proved that this method can realize fine adjustment of inductance between ± 2% and ± 3%. Coil used in short wave and ultrashort wave circuit, often set aside half a circle as fine tuning, remove or fold the half circle to make the inductance changes, fine tuning. Fine tuning of multi-layer segment coil can be realized by moving the relative distance of one segment. The number of winding of movable segment should be 20%-30% of the total winding number. Practice has proved that this fine tuning range can reach 10%-15%. Coil with magnetic core can realize fine adjustment of coil inductance by adjusting the position of magnetic core in coil tube.

(4) when using the coil, care should be taken to keep the inductance of the original coil

Do not change the shape of the coil while it is in use. Size and the distance between the coil, otherwise will affect the original inductance of the coil. In particular, the higher the frequency, that is, the fewer winding coil. Therefore, the current use of high frequency coil in the television, generally with high frequency wax or other media materials for sealing. In addition, it should be noted that in the maintenance, do not arbitrarily change or adjust the position of the original coil, so as not to cause detuning fault.

(5) adjustable coil shall be installed for easy adjustment

The adjustable coil shall be installed in an easily adjustable position of the machine so that the inductance of the coil can be adjusted for optimal working conditions.
